How to make biryani at home

Hello friends today we are going to make biryani  at home .Sindhi biryani is a special meat and rice biryani dish originating from the Sindh province of Pakistan. You can increase or decrease spices according to your taste. more spicy ? add more green chilies. 

INGREDIENTS:

basmati rice 750 gram
chicken 500-700 gram
oil 1/2 cup
onion medium size 3-4
potatoes 3-4 medium size
tomatoes cut into 4 pieces 3-4
yogurt 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
prunes 8-10
WHOLE SPICES:
bay leaf 1
cinnamon stick medium size 1
cloves 4-5
black pepper whole 8-9 pods
star anise 1
green cardamom 5-6
POWDERED SPICES:
red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
whole spice powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
sat to taste
FOR FINAL STEP:
orange food color 1/8 tsp
warm milk 1/4 cup
some lemon slices for garnish
some fresh coriander leaves
some mint leaves
green chilies 4-6 cut into slices ( add more if you like more spicy)
lemon juice
