 How to make Chicken and Potato Cutlets at home

Hello friends today we are going to Learn how to make Chicken and Potato Cutlets at home. Cooked chicken, boiled potatoes mixed with spices. This is then dipped in an egg mix and then in breadcrumbs, and fried in ghee or vegetable oil. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney and lacha paratha. 
Ingredients for Chicken Potato Cutlets:
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
1 tsp crushed, roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp whole spice powder (garam masala)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves
1 medium size onion, finely chopped
1 ½ cups of shredded chicken or as required
1 ½ cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs
4-5 medium sized, boiled, mashed potatoes
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Oil for shallow frying
1.Combine potatoes with salt, black pepper, white pepper, cumin, whole spice powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, green chilies, coriander and onion. Mix well.
2.In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs and set this aside.
3.Make cutlets, take some amount of potato mixture, and place some chicken and cheese in the center and cover with potato mixture again. Press from the sides, creating a shape of Patty. Use few drops of oil to prevent sticking.
4.Now, dip cutlets in the egg, immediately coat with bread crumbs. Pat the cutlets well to bind the crumbs well. Don’t forget to cover sides also.
5.Heat oil in a large pan on medium high heat. Shallow or deep fry the cutlets, 1 minute each side or until light golden brown color on both sides.
6.Serve chicken cutlets hot with ketchup or gree
